Financial Aid
In order to help reduce the cost of a private school education, Sweetwater Episcopal Academy provides financial aid in a limited capacity. SmartAid manages the application process and determines eligibility. To apply for financial assistance, please contact the Business Office for information.
SMART Tuition
SMART Tuition Management Service handles the tuition accounts of those who choose to pay in monthly (9 payments) or quarterly installments. Monthly payments begin August and end April. Yearly Smart Fee—$45.00

Discounts
There is a 3% discount on tuition if paid in full by May 15th.
A discount is available to church parishioners who qualify. Please contact the Business Office for qualifications and an application.
Penalties
A $70 late fee is charged to any account five days past due. A $40 fee is charged for every returned check.
