Thanksgiving is one of America’s most treasured holidays and traditions. It is the story of triumph over hardship, of sharing despite differences, of gratitude and blessings. It is a time of new beginnings. As we enter the Thanksgiving week, one that will be filled with family, friends, food, laughter and joy, let us be mindful of those who are less fortunate, and be reminded that there is always something for which they can give thanks. Let us be kind to one another, a simple smile, a hug, and an invitation to be part of a “family” can mean so much. Let us spread “Wonder” to the community.
